Shipping

All orders will ship within two business days. Please allow up to 24 hours after your receive your shipment notification email for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be extremely happy with your Moseri purchase. If you encounter an issue with your order, we will make it right!

Other companies like Tommy John may require you NOT to wear the product to get your refund.  We think that’s unacceptable.  How are you suppose to know it’s the best undershirt you’ve ever tried if you can’t wear it?

At Moseri, we have an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.  

Wear it. Relax with it. Think with it on. More importantly, enjoy it. If you’re not satisfied, simply return it within your 30 day purchase window and we’ll refund your money.  All we ask for is your feedback to make it better.  

Our Standard Policy

  •         We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please e-mail customerservice@moserigroup.com with your order number.
  •         Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.

Simply use your pre-printed label you received with your shipment.

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
